2025-08-09 23:48:51 +0000 UTCThis episode showed me how good the writing for this show is. It explains several of Racles's actions in the past. Why he didn't hit Gira's vitals in their first trial by combat. That he knew Gira was alive all along in the first half and even wanted that. That he didn't try to stop Kaguragi when he invaded the King Ohger Zero cockpit to take the lance. I even think he felt that the teleporting ninja's power was the most troublesome to deal with out of the jesters and arranged a situation to have him killed first.

2025-08-06 20:45:03 +0000 UTCMy goat playing the longest of long games 😭 also I don’t remember where I read it but I remember reading that only Racles’ actor was told the twist from the start so he acted accordingly. 10/10, honestly some of my favorite episodes from sentai in general.
