2023-07-16 09:52:30 +0000 UTCAnother great Saturday surprise! I first saw Hitchhiker's Guide when it was a low budget 1980's British TV series. I had no idea what was going on, but I loved it. The social satire is fantastic. My favorite line is about Vogons, "They don't think, they don't imagine, most of them can't even spell. They just run things." It feel so true. "Iron me hankies" just means to use a steam iron on his handkerchiefs. Fun evening. So you're becoming a true Canadian, eh? Hearing you say "eh?" makes me think of the ultimate Canadian movie, 'Strange Brew'. Maybe it will show up on a future comedy poll or a Saturday surprise? I think you'll like it. And please don't worry about using "That's what she said" so much. It's always funny, even when it's not. :)
