Those guys who said the fight scene look corny probably think these spandex hero is childish and is trying to sound cool. Although Marvel and DC have big budget, their fight scene nowadays is just boring. Look at Flash, for example, all Barry and the other Flash can do now is shooting electricity. You will see that bigger budget doesn't guarantee something you make is gonna turn out good if you don't put your passion in it.

2025-04-05 19:07:40 +0000 UTCAgreed. It was nice he wasn't a villain but just an antagonist. Unlike X Geats. LMAO! Imagine a full Geats team? That would be one for the highlights. Funny enough, I was showing someone some of the fights from this series and they said it looked corny or something along those lines. I explained it's like Marvel but it's a weekly show and has less resources. So, it makes sense it looks a little cheesy at times. I enjoy it, though. ;)

Also, Michinaga also has his own little "extras" episodes dedicated to himself. While it doesnt tie into the whole series itself but it shows a fun side of Buffa ^^

2025-03-25 05:31:39 +0000 UTCI think a clearer summarization would be this: The future people design the Jyamato after the "plant monsters" to be used as cannon fodder. Maybe doing so make them feel better about humanity defeat. Unbeknown to them, by bringing these "villains" to the past, the Jyamato give rise to the very same "plant monsters" they fear. In a way, the Jyamato become their own origin, so they don't have a "beginning point" that we can pin-point across the time-line Geats worked better with a linear time-line structure I think. All the splitting of time stuffs'd cheapen the show for me

Time travel stuff is trippy. 🤣

2025-03-24 18:03:20 +0000 UTCVery good movie, imo. I like that the future Ace is not entirely portrayed as a villain. He is still our Ace, but have lost his way after a thousand years believing in humans. It's kinda like when we were a kid wishing to be something in the future, and then we just forgot or give up on that dream when growing up. Also, people in the community start joking after this movie that we just need 2 more repaint version of Geats IX and we will have a Geats Sentai, lol. The action in this movie is incredible. Not only the choreography, but the CGI and the camera angles are amazing too. Toei is a low budget company and was able to produce fight scenes like this. Imagine Toei have big budget like Marvel or DC. The fight scenes would definitely be more mind blowing.

I also kinda love his dynamic with Beroba, her wanting to die with Michinaga would be sweet if she wasn’t psychotic 😭 I’m not sure what the contents are of the Tycoon and Punkjack specials are but i wouldn’t mind you reacting to them, would be nice
