PS. It was early morning when I recorded this, so I apologize for any screw ups. I noticed a couple of times it was hard to understand what I said because I mumbled my words together. Lol. The most notable one was when I said, "deepest condolences," idk wtf happened there. π€£ it's like I glitched out.

I watched it as it came out but after finding your channel I started watching again along with you. Jumped over to here a few days ago once I saw you finished it and binged like 20 episodes. It got me in the feels like it did you. I've been a rider fan since 2009 when I was 11 and to see it stirring emotions in someone new and now becoming a fan makes me incredibly happy! I'll be watching the movies for the first time along with you now too. Can't wait to see what you think of the rest of rider in the future and Super Sentai too

I don't tend to use it while I'm watching a season, but I do use it after I finish the season so I can see when the extras and movies take place and to determine the order in which to watch them. I hope it can be helpful for you!

2025-03-20 14:30:35 +0000 UTCKamen Rider is generally written to where the main series is completely standalone, where it may reference some of the events of the movies, extra eps, etc, but it's not strictly needed. The movies and the like do usually add to the story of the main series tho but are also self contained enough to be enjoyable on their own. Incidentally, I voted for W (Double) because it's in the middle of the Heisei era of Kamen Rider, so a good 'baseline' to compare to for other series. Also, although some series are similar, like Ryuki and Geats, they're all different enough to be their own thing. The thing at the end of Episode 49 is usually done in Super Sentai and it's referred to as a handoff, where they the previous hero interacts with the next one. They haven't done it much in Kamen Rider, but it looks like with the recent series, they were trying to do the trend consistently, starting with Kamen Rider Saber.

2025-03-19 17:05:47 +0000 UTCSince you brought up the crossover movies, I would recommend watching the Build/Ex-Aid crossover while you work your way through Build, even if you havenβt see Ex-Aid, since It introduces some stuff that comes into play in the main series. Itβs sort of like how the Desire Royal appearing in the Geats/Revice crossover before show, so you wouldnβt miss too much if you skip it, but I thought itβs something you should know. Iβm sure youβll love Build either way!

2025-03-19 16:19:30 +0000 UTCWhat an incredible season of Kamen Rider. Geats, for me, is top 5 greatest season of all time. And Ace himself is my No. 1 (Get it?) favorite main Rider of all time. Btw, just for some clarification, Suel is not a god. Sure, his Rider power is god level, but the dude himself is not. Same goes with Ace before the final episode. Ace may have the power of creation, but he was still just a mortal. Also, Ace didn't replace Suel as a god or something. He just destroyed Suel from the inside. That scene used to confuse a lot of people, even me. Some people even thought that Ace was Suel the whole time, lol. Anyway, I hope you will enjoy the movies and extras of Kamen Rider Geats. They are pretty good stuff.
