But truthfully whenever a character especially a popular one just gets revived or shows up out of nowhere without explanation it’s usually because of fan outcry or cost saving methods to avoid making a whole dedicated episode just for that explanation of why this character is here with us now and for nostalgia baiting.

2025-02-22 23:34:58 +0000 UTCAlso if you’re wondering how Kevin got out of Null Void it’s a very vague explanation and you’re not really gonna get your answer. But basically he used his matter absorbing powers (that’s what they are called) to escape. He adsorbed the unstable matter in the Null Void to make a makeshift portal out of it which took years given he didn’t really understand how to use his power to the full extent at 11. They never explain how he became human again unfortunately so I just assume he uses his matter powers to manipulate his body back into human since humans are made of matter. It’s unfortunate that we never get it explained or shown in detail of how it happened so I hope that clears up any confusion. It’s just left up to the persons imagination but, my guess is since Kevin was so popular in the original series there was a bunch of fan demand and outcry to have him return. So they brought him back immediately in the first episode of the sequel series without any explanation.
