You actually knew one more actor in this movie. The actor who played the Captain of the ship played King Theodin of Rohan in Lord of the Rings.

I've watched this movie over fifty times in my lifetime and I never get tired of it, you r reaction was wonderful! as heartbreaking as the ending was I'm glad you enjoyed it! The ending was rose going to heaven meeting Jack if you notice that last scene everybody in that scene died during the sinking so therefore that's roses heaven with Jack! 😊🌹❤️
