“Telly” is a slang term for “Television”, although it’s not used in the US, but mainly in the UK. “Celluloid” is just another word for “film”. “Black bag” is used to mean a secret place to torture and kill people. Fun fact: When it came out that Natalie Portman actually shaved her head for real for the movie, people refused to watch it in theaters, because they said that they didn’t want to see her with a shaved head since they thought she’d be ugly without her hair.

I could feel your frustration at how real it was, even as I share that same frustration. It's sad that real protests aren't as bloodless or successful, but the fact that people do it anyway is amazing and heartening. Hopefully we can all find the strength within us to not be afraid (preferably without being tortured by that guy from the Matrix).
