Another fun reaction. Its interesting in the scene at the party in Switzerland, Yinsen actually tries to introduce himself at the party but Tony pays know attention. Of course Yinsen will later be the man who saves Tony's life in the cave and helps him build the original Iron Man suit in the first film. Also, at the end Tony develops the technology to remove the shrapnel from his chest that allows him to remove the arch-reactor from his chest that was keeping him alive. Giving him a rebirth of sorts. Fun fact, this film was shot in my hometown and I got to see how they filmed the scene where Iron Man catches the people who fell out of Air Force One. A lot of movie magic in the scene.

Yinsen mentioned they first met in Switzerland, and we see that happen here. Robert Downey Junior's Twitter bio: "You know who I am." XD The surgery that Tony has at the end of the movie is to remove the shrapnel in his chest - so he no longer needs the arc reactor sitting over his heart.
