This is also one of only 3 movies ever to win the 5 biggest oscars: best picture, directing, screenplay, actor and actress. Other two are One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest from 1975 and It Happened One Night from 1934. So this indeed is considered one of the best films ever made.

2021-09-09 19:04:25 +0000 UTCI forgot how good this movie was. Anthony Hopkins and Jodie Foster were fantastic as Hannibal and Starling. No surprise both won Oscars for their roles. It's smartly written and well directed as well especially for a horror/thriller.
