If I told you at the end of the first movie that you'd cry over Darth Vader, you wouldn't have believed me :) Leia didn't 'know' Luke was her brother when they kissed. When she says "I know" - she's meaning that she feels what he's saying has to be true. He had to actually say it before she realized what she knew deep down. And yes, at the end you see Anakin Skywalker. I think you'd like the Prequels (episodes 1 - 3) as well. Thanks for the reaction!
