I'm glad you enjoyed it. So many people badmouth the movie, but every reactor I've seen do the MCU always say they enjoyed it. I'll be the first to admit that there are MANY MCU movies that will overshadow it as you continue watching, but the important thing is that you did watch it and you enjoyed it.

2022-06-20 01:38:43 +0000 UTCYip, they recast the Hulk in "The Avengers" (and all the movies since). Rumours say the original actor was a bit difficult to work with. The Incredible Hulk (and the film rights) is always a a bit of a weird story. In short, Marvel originally owned Xmen, Fantastic Four, Hulk and everyone else. But they were going broke - so they sold a lot of the rights to their heroes to different studios. This movie was made before Marvel had the might of Disney behind them. Hulk belongs to Universal Pictures - so there's no more solo Hulk movies - but Marvel can use him for movies like the Avengers. This is also why you can't find this movie on Disney Plus. Spiderman belongs to Sony. Fantastic Four and Xmen belong to Fox (but Disney recently bought Fox, so there's rumours about things in the works there). All this means that this movie is kind of (as we say in english) the "red-headed step-child". It's technically part of the big Marvel story, but it doesn't quite fit as well with the other movies, and it doesn't really get much attention. Pity. Thanks for the reaction!
