This is unfortunately NOT the version you want to watch. It's the only movie Tarantino cut down theatrically and has a director's cut for, since they were trying to keep the Grindhouse double feature at 3hrs. The full length version is 2hrs 7m and is better editing, more Tarantino-esque and some extra shots (like 27 minutes worth!)

I saw Grindhouse during its theatrical release, and I've always just popped in the Grindhouse blu-ray and watched the entire thing with the drive-in trailers/commericials at the intermission. I honestly didn't realize these movies were available separately.
