Love, love, LOVE this episode. Honestly one of the best - I was SO excited to see your reaction to it, and you did not disappoint. Given the evolutionary nature of this episode in particular, as we see flashes of hundreds of years & lifetimes as Chidi evolves from who he was on earth, literally squashed to death by his indecision, to the guy who could say "I love you" to Eleanor at Mindy's place without a shadow of doubt. Sure, you don't necesarily see that exact reboot in the flashbacks, but like you said in those last few minutes - how William Jackson Harper portrays Chidi with such self assuredness is perfection. Bravo to an incredible show and a fantastic cast. So sad your good place journey is almost at an end, but I have enjoyed the journey immensely!

Just like we’ve seen flashbacks of the other characters to understand why they act the way they do, it was so important to see the same for Chidi and witness how much he’s grown up to this point. About the soulmates topic, I totally agree with you! I don’t believe there’s only one person in the whole world who’s a perfect match for us. There are several, and it all depends on the stage of life we’re in when we meet them. Knowing your thoughts so far, I’m sure you’re going to love the series finale, and I can’t wait to see your reaction to the upcoming episodes!
