The big holiday is on Christmas Eve here, when Santa knocks on the door of good boys and girls to hand out presents. The wordplay in the last panel of the comic is based on what we call Christmas presents - Julklappar - which comes from an older German tradition of knocking (clapping) on people's doors with a piece of firewood as a prank around Christmas. Wanda is making Glögg - warm spiced wine drunk with almonds and raisins. The rest of the happenings are more unusual. Happy holidays and see you next year!
