Moved trace.moe to cloud

Moving all the servers to cloud would make the service more reliable by using power and network infrastructures from data center.
The server is now running a single dedicated server on Hetzner, with Ryzen 5950X, 128GB RAM and 2x16TB hdd. The data center is located in Europe, which is close to where Telegram's API server is located. This would improve the responsiveness of the Telegram bot. While users from Asia-Pacific region may expreience higher latency (~100ms), the networking provided by Hetzner is better than the domestic broadband trace.moe had been using.
Besides networking latency, the new hardware also reduces search time from ~700ms to ~600ms. It could further reduce search time to 500ms by separating the media server. But to reduce costs, I decided to run everything (hash workers, database, liresolr, api server, media server) all in one server.
This new server costs about €153/month (USD$170/month), cloudflare costs USD$20/month. Adding all other miscellaneous costs, the total costs running trace.moe is about USD$200/month, without any redundancy. Which means we're still half way through to make trace.moe self-sustainable by its funds without having me to subsidize it.
Thanks to your donation all these years, the remaing funds can still run trace.moe for about a year. But I'd be glad if you can help me to achieve this $200/month goal. ;)
