Added 2020-09-06 11:00:06 +0000 UTCA fun cheering routine to a peppy tune.
This both meant to be fun, but also a test of 1.20 and a bunch of plug-ins. We kept the mocap simple for this so we could focus on ensuring all the new stuff was working.
I think it turned out pretty well! Enjoy!
