You can find Prototype 5-2 on the Patrons-only downloads page that is in your message inbox. If you have lost it or forgotten it... Then here it is again. The password is unchanged.
Update: Prototype 5-2b has been released. This patch fixes the loading-a-saved-game bugs where assets would attempt to re-load and crash the game, and the error where Chapter 1 incorrectly resolved Chapter 5's combat paths. You can find the patched version on the downloads page as before.
(Update: Since I've been getting a lot of new pledges, instead of manually sending out the password, here it is: "ChocolateLab". This way you won't have to wait if I decide to go to sleep.)
Please remember that this is a prototype. There are still looooots of things I need to do to complete Chapter 5. At present, the transformations for Golem, Steam Droid, Latex Drone, Eldritch Dreamer, and Darkmatter are in the game. However, only Golem and Latex Drone are 'complete' in that NPCs will react to you.
More information can be found on the downloads page, including a full changelog and notes on the available areas. Please let me know about bugs or oversights ASAP.
There will be a Patron-Pal-Poll for 5$ patrons next week where we decide what will be the development focus for Prototype 5-3. I am also intending to do a promotional tour of the game next week, giving it some exposure on various forums and websites. This is to be done after I'm certain that the major bugs have been fixed if any are found.

You will need to venture down to the 20th floor, at which point a cutscene plays that makes it fairly obvious how to get there.

2018-07-02 14:44:10 +0000 UTCEquipment upgrading was replaced with gem socketing and upgrading of the gems. Depending on what chapter you're in, be on the lookout for a gemcutting NPC who can upgrade your gems for you.
