Only sports and proper, healthy, balanced nutrition. I have two children, and now I am still adjusting my shape after two births. I love myself, I love every part of my body and I believe that every girl, woman is beautiful by nature, each has its own zest, the purest energy of love, and I am sad that every 2nd girl changes herself with the help of plastics ... What do you think about this? The opinion of men who value female beauty is very interesting.

Of course I respect girls choice, but for me, the aesthetics of exaggerated feminine are very appealing (long hair, big round breast, small waist, big lips). And sometimes the only way to accomplish those is with surgery, which I support.
