Wolfenstein II is the best movie I've seen all year

It's difficult to put into words just how good the voice acting and story telling is in Wolfenstein II. My only wish is that if you ever plan to play this game, please DO NOT watch my review as I spoil almost all of the best parts. I really couldn't review it any other way, though, so I hope you'll come back to it when you're done and that it allows you to revisit some of those incredible moments.

I walked into CoD wanting to hate it, but the truth is, it isn't half bad. I think the multiplayer isn't so much bad as it's just really old at this point, coupled with some bad level design and spawn choices that further hamper it. But the campaign is actually a lot of fun, and the zombies mode I plan to go back to at some point because of how well put together it was. I certainly wouldn't recommend CoD to anyone, but it's sure to please existing fans and wouldn't be a terrible way to dip your toe into the franchise if you want to see why so many people continue to buy and play this game.

Star Wars: Battlefront II review this week

I've spent the last 10 hours playing the new Star Wars game with the intent of doing a proper review this week. I hope to have that out on the 17th when the embargo lifts, but that depends on whether or not EA provide me early server access to the full game. Expect it Sunday at the latest.

Spoiler: I hate to say it, but I absolutely hate it so far. It's a decent game that is completely crippled by its economy design. I hope the purse strings are loosened before launch because right now this game is horrendously bad.
