New Story: Chuck The First Intersect Reboot

Hey everyone!

A number of you have reached out asking if I’d ever revisit Chuck — and after enough pings, I gave in 😅 So here it is: a reimagining of Chuck, starting from the moment he becomes the first Intersect.

But before we dive in…

⚠️ A Quick Note on Updates

This story is something I’m excited to explore, but it won’t follow my usual update pace. I want to set clear expectations:

📅 One or two chapters a month, depending on my schedule. No weekly updates for this one.

That’s because I’m currently balancing multiple active stories, and each chapter takes real time and effort to produce:

🛠️ What Goes Into a Chapter (for any story):

✏️ Outlining: Building the core scenes, pacing, beats, and any divergence moments
🧱 First Draft: Writing it through with flow, voice, and internal consistency
🔧 Edit Pass #1: Cleaning up structure, strengthening character moments, fixing timeline logic
🪞 Final Edit: Style, polish, dialogue touch-ups, continuity with prior chapters

Right now, I’m doing this 10 times a week across my current projects. Thankfully, I have a backlog that helps keep the momentum going — but adding Chuck to the mix means I need to pace it realistically.

✨ Why I’m Sharing It Anyway

Enough of you asked. And honestly? I miss Chuck. I think there’s a lot of fun to be had in rewriting the Intersect origin with a more grounded or high-stakes arc. So while updates will be slow, I hope the story is worth the wait.
