It had been six months since he had come to Laconia, and finally, the changes he had implemented had started to go through. The population census has been completed, revealing that nine billion humans and four billion jaffas lived in his domain. Each had been given a 14-digit unique identity number, a crucial tool for managing such a large and diverse population based on their biometrics. This 14-digit number would be your identity proof and citizenship proof, all rolled into one. This would be generated for each new birth and would be their unique identification. He plans to link it to all the documentation that a person needs, such as birth certification, education certification, bank account number, etc. He asked Sena to create it after he explained what all this was and what he intended with them. So the person can just give this 14-digit number, and all his records will be available to the employer or bank, which would negate the need to carry all these documents. This implementation marked a significant step forward in the empire's organization and management. 

 Surprisingly, the most challenging part was collecting the address, date of birth, and other essential information. The jaffas and Humans lived in self-constructed villages with no structure or planning. Houses were constructed wherever their owner wanted, with the road (if you can call them that) taking ninety degrees because someone had decided to create a home there. There was no concept of address. As such, a team was sent to each village to start asking people where the person lived. After many wrong turns and luck, they would reach the person's house. No record of birthdays was present. Jaffas were somewhat organized, but the human population was even worse, and that was a problem as they were the most in need of care after centuries of suffering. These challenges underscored the depth of the empire's issues and the need for systematic change.

They also created DIB, an earbud that could be controlled by the user's thoughts and would help them communicate with each other like a telephone. A later version was planned to access the empire's internet. 

That led to the creation of a method that would pinpoint a person's house. So he and Sena copied the Earth address system, studying its intricacies and adapting it to the unique challenges of their empire. They modified it to suit their needs, adding the planet name, solar system name, and interstellar cloud name. This innovative solution, born out of their adaptability and resourcefulness, would help pinpoint any address even when his domain expands in the future. For the date of birth, he went with the two solstices as defaults and asked the hospitals to follow the new Galactic Calendar now. Yes, he had named his domain as Galactic Empire. He knew his domain was nowhere near the Galactic scale but with the merger of Tom and Hecate's minds. He was ambitious.

The Structures of the new cities he had ordered were already coming into shape. His transport ships, stargate and ring transporters, made material movement very efficient. Right now, all his Tel'tak were decommissioned and, in their place, were taken by freight ships, which were identical to the transport ships. The only difference was that they were made to carry massive quantities of freight from one place to another. They were already an enormous success because of the amount and speed at which they could transport freight. Already, Sena had ordered five hundred of this type of ship to be constructed. This ship will play a pivotal role in developing his empire, although right now, they are being powered by Crystal power cells. They could be refitted to use ZPMs when he got around building its factory. These advancements in infrastructure marked a significant step forward in the empire's development and potential.

He had achieved this on the civilian side, and on the military side, he had also made considerable progress. He had finally implemented his plan to arm his Jaffa and much more.

They will be dressed in carbon-composite-tritium full-body suits with a helmet, which was made by combining Alteran technology and Wizarding magic. The suits had many runes inscribed in them, which provided protection and temperature control. The suits have nanites, which can be changed to match the environment for better camouflage when the user desires. Normally, the suites would be completely black due to it being made of carbon composite with gold trims. The helmet also had runes, which provided a one-twenty-degree field of view. It also includes night vision, sudden flash, and sound protection. 

Each Jaffa carried a rifle, a pistol, and a pack of ten grenades. The rifle could sustain a fire rate of sixty bolts per minute, which is six times more than what a typical staff weapon can maintain. The pistol could fire around twenty bolts per minute. Their range was half that of the rifle, and they were mainly designed for close-quarter fights. The grenade contained miniature Altairan power packs, which were inherently unstable and were designed to explode after one minute of removing the safety pin. On exploding, it will send a power bolt in all directions, ultimately levelling an area of sixty meters. They were also provided with a military version of earbuds.

He also replaced the Death Glider with a new, improved fighter craft, a Y shape slightly larger than the glider but with better folding wings to allow it to move through a Stargate. It will be equipped with upgraded cannons. It will have its shield, unlike  Death Glider, which will not leave it completely vulnerable when fighting the  Death Glider.

He has also decided to build heavy cruises based on the D'deridex class of ship he had seen in Star Trek when he was a child. Length, 1,041.65 meters; beam, 772.43 meters; height, a Subspace capacitor powered 285.47 meters. He can not wait to field this bad boy against other Goa'uld.  

The requirement for a battleship/carrier was still being designed, but it would be around 5000*200*600 feet in dimension, with an arsenal of drone weapons and at least 16 pulse weapon turrets placed around the ship, allowing for complete coverage of the vessel.

Now that the foundation has been laid, a lot has been done in the last six months; he can move on to exciting things. Right now, Harry was getting to travel to Earth. It was time for the sleeping beauty to make up.
