How about "Laconia"? Like from The Expanse, where we have the Laconia solar system, with Laconia II or simply Laconia being the capital of the Laconian Empire(love the unofficial flag on the wiki!). And there is also the trivia about the fact that Laconia is a region in Greece. And that in the days of the Greek city-states, the territory was under the control of the Spartans.
