Dahlia stood in the center of his palm. Her little shoes shifted uneasily on his skin as she looked up at him, arms folded, cheeks pink.
“Dahlia, you’re really good at acting like a scared doll. It’s really working for me.”
She shot him a glare. “It’s not acting. I’m really small. And your hand keeps shaking me.”
“I’m trying to hold you still. It’s just... oh god, I’m so close,” he breathed, watching her squirm. “You’re such a cute little toy.”
Her expression softened a little, though she still rolled her eyes. “Does it have to be on me?”
“Huh?”
“Can’t you...you know...somewhere else?” She gestured around vaguely.
“Well, that’s kind of the whole thing.”
She groaned, pushing a tiny lock of hair from her face. “It’s so hard to get out of my hair and clothes…”
“But babe, you said I could.”
“Yeah, but I was thinking maybe you could just not this time?”
“You said that last time.”
“Fine. But you’re helping me wash it out of my hair.”
“Of course.”
“And you’re washing my outfit.”
“Yep.”
“And finding me a new one.”
“Dahlia, I—”
“And you’re cooking dinner.”
“Dahlia!”
“And you’re—”
“AHHHHHhhhhhh my stars and garters!” he blurted out, erupting all over the tiny Dahlia.
“EEEP! I wasn't ready!”
