"Wouldn't this make the perfect bed for me?" she chirped, pointing excitedly at an ornate wooden box she stood in.. "You could make a mattress out of some memory foam samples from the mattress store! Pleaaaaaase?"
She laid on the puppy eyes, hoping her diminished stature would help add to the cuteness. "And it's so cheap!" she continued, her voice filled with enthusiasm. "And better than getting lost in your blankets every night. Please, honey, it would mean the world to me to have a bed of my own."
Her partner chuckled at her pleading expression, unable to resist her adorable plea. "Alright, alright," he relented, his heart melting at the sight of her tiny, toy-sized pleading. "We'll get the box and turn it into the most comfortable bed you've ever had. Anything for my little one."
