"acaso importa?" pregunto Noe.
---
Mark opened his eyes slowly, and looked around, he didn't recognize the place he was in, he closed his eyes again and then rubbed them with his hands while giving a loud yawn.
He then he got up, looking around him again, "where the hell am I?" he thought to himself as he sat, with a pounding headache, and a slight burning sensation in his buttocks.
"Good morning, I see you finally woke up", said a voice behind him.
Mark turned slowly to see the person who was speaking to him, in front of him was that Dragon from the night before, "Noah, I think it was his name" Mark thought.
"Good morning" Mark replied.
Noe extended his hand offering a cup of coffee to the tiger, who took it and thanked him.
"I guess I fell asleep and Leo brought me to your house," Mark said as he sipped that bitter, strong coffee that made the tiger frown.
"Something like that" Noe said, smiling and drinking the coffee, then spitting it back into the cup.
"Something like that?" Mark asked looking at Noe.
Noe sighed, "I didn't think you were so drunk that you didn't remember what you did last night," he said to the tiger as he raised the cup of coffee to his mouth, "it's not something I should be meddling with anyway," he said as he gave He took a drink of his coffee and spat it out again, "this is crap!" he said he.
"followed us?" Mark asked, looking down at the rippling black surface of his coffee.
"Yes," Noe said dryly.
"Damn," said Mark turning red, "and what did you see?"
"does it matter?" Noah asked.
"Yes!" answered Mark, squeezing the cup.
"Listen, friend, you shouldn't worry, what happened in the park will stay there, no one will ever comment on it, so you should forget about it and..." Noe said before being interrupted by Mark.
"Please tell me what you saw," said Mark, while he thought that he had never felt so embarrassed.
"Ask Joe or Feran, even Leo, I'm not the one to..." said Noe, to be interrupted again by Mark.
"Please!" Mark said.
Noe clucked his teeth, he had just gotten out of a similar situation a few weeks ago, and now he was about to get into another one, "fucking luck" he thought.
"We saw you fuck in the park, and excuse me, but I'm not going to describe everything I saw. What I'm going to tell you is that I'm sorry I followed you along with the others, it wasn't good, I'm sorry" said Noe, as he turned to go to the kitchen.
"I'm married, you know that, right?" Mark said making Noe stop.
"Yes," Noe replied, looking at his coffee cup.
"My wife and I... things are not going well, our relationship has become complicated, I think I hate her," he said drinking the bitter liquid, swallowing it with difficulty, "I have two children, a set of 7-year-old twins, I love them and would do anything for them" concluded Mark.
"I understand you, I have a son, he is 16 years old and..." Noe explained to be interrupted once more by Mark, which was beginning to annoy him.
"I don't think you understand me, how could you understand this feeling, this fear that your children will find out that you like someone who is not their mother, that on top of that it is another man and that you have sex with him, tell me, do you think you can understand how I feel!" Mark said annoyed.
Noe took a drink of his coffee, this time the disgusting and bitter taste of the liquid fell down his throat, he snorted annoyed, and turned to approach the sofa again.
"I understand you perfectly, the difference between you and me is that I kept my preferences a secret, making my wife's and my son's life bitter for years, because of that fear that you feel now, and it's not just what your children will say, is what everyone around you will say, how your life will change, and if it will be worth taking a risk for what you feel today" Noe looked at his watch, "You must make that decision, but if you are as selfish as I was, you will stay with your wife, ruining her and your children's lives"
Mark looked at him incredulously, that enormous dragon... "Are you gay?" he ask.
Noe smiled, "since I was 14, friend", he answered as he looked at the coffee.
Mark looked down at his coffee cup, "what do you think I should do?" Mark asked.
"You should find out for yourself, but if I'm honest, from what I heard from your friends and from what I saw last night, I think that you and that horse are perfect for each other" Noe said smiling, as he walked back to the kitchen.
Mark smiled, "thank you" he replied.
Noe smiled, "By the way, today I'm staying at my boyfriend's house, and won't be anyone here, so I don't know, you can stay here and think about what you're going to do or you can call someone to come for you" Noe left the cup of coffee in the sink, and I walk towards the exit door, "see you, by the way, my room is at the back, you can use what you need from there, good luck!" Noah said and left the house.
Mark sat for a moment wondering what to do, call his wife, or call Leo... "what... what do I do?" he thought ...
