We contemplated added the hidden characters that never made it into BKB2, as well as bringing back from of the favorites from BKB1 and BKB2. This image represented the concept.

Yes. All of her moves we’re recorded along with Celestial and Felicia. They each also have new grab moves with TienWu which were also recorded.
