Kira or pandora is wearing a tight latex suit with oki trapped inside, tied to her front, so his head is stuck between her boobs. She then fills the suit with farts/scat, drowning/suffocating him in the airtight suit.
Not doing the scat alt. It would require redrawing most of the picture, sorry.
