New Mod Announcement + Early Access Download

This is a mod idea I've been wanting to try out for a long time. And now that my modding skills have improved, I thought I'd finally make it happen.
It is a new location mod which adds a public bathroom to pelican town. It doesn't really have much of a purpose at the moment, But later on I will be adding lots of lewd events here. I am really proud of my tile sheets for this mod.
The mod is very underdeveloped as it is still a work in progress (There may be a few issues but nothing too major). It only adds the structure in town + the custom bathroom location. However I wanted to share the mod now just to get your opinions on it.
Things I will add in the future:
- Lewd animation scenes that will change daily
- Sauna room
- Secret room that can be accessed though one of the open lockers
- (If possible) Showers regenerate energy
- Sittable benches & openable doors
- Events
If you have any more ideas, feel free to let me know.
NOTE: If you are loading this mod onto an existing play though, Make sure to clear the area for the building in town (Shown in screenshot). Also, If you are playing with SVE you might need to reset the terrain because there will be bushes overlapping the building. I recommend downloading the "Reset Terrain Features" mod on Nexusmods for that.
