SPECIAL RULE for October: idea, theme or outfit should be related to Halloween
examples of ideas: "Baelz wearing bandages costume", "Nun Ina asking for trick or treat"
if you don't have ideas you can also just suggest characters (preferences are for hololive, vtubers, anime and gacha), you're free to suggest up to 3 ideas and repeat previous ones too. not all ideas will be taken as i prefer to draw things i'm fairly comfortable with. NSFW is okay though!
