Devblog: Some (good) news
Added 2022-12-12 15:30:37 +0000 UTCHey guys, how are you?
Here's another development newsletter:
Next update:
Yesterday I managed to finish all the renders of the next version of the game. This means that we are in the final stretch for the update. At the moment I'm just having a little trouble with the code, in the port of the android version, this is slowing down the tests a little bit. But as soon as I get this sorted out, I'll announce the release dates here.
Proofreading is advanced too, so surely the version for "beta-testers" tier patrons will be released by the end of this week.
The fantasy RPG world of Naughty Lyanna:
After my last post, I heard some feedback from you, and also made some personal reflections. You can expect some insertions of this fantasy world into the NL game, in small doses, related to character building. In the next update you will meet: Mia, the bard.
I believe that I will be able to introduce this scenario in an interesting way. I look forward to the feedback after the release!
Next steps:
Later his week I will release a new set of wallpapers for Tier 2 patrons. This month's set for Tier 1 patrons has already been released.
The two photoshoots will be postponed after the release of the next version, as my efforts are currently focused on the next update.
A new Season 1 release:
I did some work on the Season 1 script, mostly in the early days. I've come a long way, both in writing and in game art since my first release. But doing a complete rework is unfeasible, and I believe that you prefer that I work on new content than redoing things that have already been released, correct?
But in order to make the game more enjoyable for new players, or for old players who decide to revisit Season 1, I made small changes to the script (specifically, I cut a controversial scene on Day 1, as it scared some players).
This new version of Season 1 will be released together with the next version of Season 2, and will become the official version of that build.

Sorry for the wall of text, but that's all I had to say for today. Hopefully tomorrow or the day after I have the release date for the new update. Reinforcement that will certainly be before Christmas.
Stay tuned for more news.
See you.
Comments
the scene I'm referring to is the gunpoint scene right at the beginning of the game. It doesn't affect the plot at all, but it does lend a heavy edge to a game that tends to be light hearted.
