News for Beta-Tester Patrons

Hey guys, how are you? Earlier this year I added two new supporter tiers which aim to bring people closer to the development of the project.

In addition to receiving early access to the game, still in the testing phase, they also receive exclusive previews and have access to discord channels where they can give their opinion and see the game's development up close.

But the newest feature is a new channel on the Discord server in which they can also follow our "dev feed". Basically, all the progress on the game's development is logged there. They will be able to follow the team's work in real time.

Every small adjustment, every correction, or every new scene will be logged. And of course, there is also a channel available for comments, criticism, and suggestions.

The idea is to give more transparency on the development work and to let my biggest supporters have better insight.

What do you think of the idea?

Stay tuned, there will be news on the next release soon.

Is that DWR in their natural state programing the game? It's like I'm hearing Jacques Cousteau or Steve Irwin speaking "Oh CRICKIE LOOK IT HERE JACK, A WILD DWR IN IT'S NATURAL ENVIRONMENT" "It'z Jacques, You IDIOT! Why arr yuu yelling. Yuu will scarr it away"

In fact, the logs have always been made as a matter of organization between me and my proofreader. I would only write an extra line or two to give more details.

You might end up spending more time explaining changes than you do actually working on the game :)

You're right. But I will try to be as descriptive as possible when writing the logs. And maybe do a pinned post explaining the process briefly.

If people understand the development process then its a great idea, but if they don't it might be a little confusing!
