Yesterday I went for a manicure, it took 5 hours 🥴... It was very cold in the room, I froze and my pressure dropped again😵💫😵💫

I painted yesterday and the paint still hasnt dried and I'm only at 8 degrees roomtemperature. Also looks like it needs a lot of time to cure even on hot days. Is it a hat on a thumb?
