Added 2020-09-11 13:28:18 +0000 UTCI come back to making videos every week when we had the pandemic very bad because I wanted to do my bit and help people relax and stay calm, I couldn't go out and save lives as a doctor but if my videos could help take someone's mind of being poorly or mental health become worse in lockdown I could be a safe place on my channel to help, and since then my passion is back stronger than ever and I will keep doing videos for a long time because I know they help others and also me too, i am losing weight my mental health is really good and most of all I am happy and blessed and I have all you to thank for that and god and my family, change the world in your way of passion and love 🙏🙏
