I have always found those eyeshadow/foundation swatch photos on makeup websites so aesthetically pleasing. Is that just me???
I've been desperate to try out some techniques for pushing a more 90s magazine look in my pieces, particularly for when I paint my vampire characters since they are set in the mid 90s.
This was a LOT of messing with levels/blending settings/etc in Photoshop after I finished the piece to get the effect I was going for. I have always been a huge photoshop nerd, and it definitely comes in handy these days.
