Hyena Study
Added 2025-06-30 22:41:01 +0000 UTCA study of a hyena, painted with oil on an 8x10" linen canvas.
Updated 7/7/25: The study has been varnished, and I believe the differences speak for themselves!
The only disadvantage to oil paint is the dark values gradually grey...I'm not impressed with the photo, but once the paint dries, I'll varnish and re-shoot it.
