Changes Coming: Bigger Discounts, New Polls, More Social
Added 2023-10-03 16:50:00 +0000 UTCI've been doing a bit of thinking and I've decided I will be restructuring the tier rewards to try and make the patreon more worthwhile for my audience, as well as reduce some of the stressors presently slowing down my work.
What does this mean for you? Discounts will actually be going up a bit for everyone in the $12 tier and above and all tiers will now have some unique additional bonus to them in addition to the increasing discounts.
With the increased discounts I will be changing my price sheets up a bit as well. I don't plan on increasing my prices anytime soon but rather just changing the types of commissions I do and what options I offer.
Furthermore polls are going to be shifting away from being strictly "fan-art" related, as I've honesty come to find it increasingly tiring to keep up with month to month. I'm just not the kind of person who's a fan of a ton of things all at once and straining to find 3 characters a month to have some enthusiasm about was proving stressful. Moving forward polls are going to contain 4 ideas I want to draw that may or may not include fan-art. Y'all will be helping me decide what ideas to actually draw based on what you want to see more of!
So fan-art is still going to be pretty common, just not the absolute focus on the polls.
The discord will mostly remain the same, as it remains a comforting place for me to connect with y'all and I really enjoy that. I will be implementing some new rules and adding a few new channels in the near future however, mostly to fix some small issues. Furthermore I plan to pick up doing more community movie nights again, along with streaming. I want to make an effort to be more social with my community moving forward.
Over all this is just a net positive for ya'll and hopefully a slightly better experience for me. Thank you all so much for your continued support! I really could not make ends meet without y'all!
