Since the Poll has ended in a 3-way tie I'm going to have to cast an emergency tie breaker vote. Hopefully, I won't have to do this too often, I want you all to feel like you have agency here but in this case, I think this is the only rational solution. All this being said I am elated at the results, I'm so happy to see everyone participated! Thank you all so much!
