Hearing the Type of episodes you enjoyed, you might Like "season zero" of YU-GI-OH. It deals with different games every episode. This was before the author focused exclusively on the card game. It's a more enjoyable segment of episodes in my opinion.

I mean Bakura and the new villain do make an alliance in the series but I lot of jokes at the start of the next arc is just bashing on his weaker half. Still Episode 40 then Episode 46-56 are some of the best jokes of the series imo though when you see who the guest actors are you’ll understand why. As for Naruto the Abridged Series that was apparently the second ever abridged series created by MasakoX of Team Four Star fame and the original Abridged Vegeta VA of TFS. As far as I could find that series was somewhere between episode 5-7 and has stopped posting anything since 2018 so yeah probably dead.
