Back in the original DBZ, when Frieza gave the planet Namek 5 minutes to explode, it took about 9 episodes for it to actually happen Things tend to get dragged out a bit in the Anime. Someone should really go over the old episodes and shorten it somehow.... Like some kind of abridgment....

But now everything left on earth is below their level, and they can fly. The bit with the pink dinosaur was a lot like the original, but even yamcha could have solved it easily if he was serious. Even the raunchy stuff was like the original, roshi was always a pervert, seems like an old man trope in anime, even yugioh abridged addresses it once saying "look, the old man is perving over a young woman, how funny" but, of course, as criticism on this kind of things
