At 15:15 I think what was actually happening there was he was about to say "It's not our fault" however the phrase "your fault" is traumatic to him after losing Sachi back in episode 3. There have been a few instances now where hearing those words triggered him into changing his course of action or caused an emotional response. I think this was just a case of him triggering himself and not so much that Asuna has him wrapped around her finger (she does i just don't think this was an example of it)
