Writing needs work, the acting is only acceptable. The set up with the grounds keeper, the couple, the single guy, or the ghost being what's screwing with something at any given time, and you don't know which is pretty good. And who the hell drinks a bottle of whiskey by themselves, in a morning, one finger at time? That'd take forever. And who the hell day drinks in a dress shirt, a sweater vest, and a robe? You'd be sweating to death in minutes.
