He left out one country that only appeared in the Vampire Princess of the Lost Country bonus novel (and was mentioned by Evileye in the main volumes), being the Kingdom of Inveria. This novel is a standalone book set in an alternate timeline (where Ainz arrives to the New World alone, without Nazarick or any of the NPCs), so you don't need to read the rest of the novels to enjoy this one.
