I saw this on Crunchyroll but i didnt know if i should watch it, but with your explanation at the start of the video i was convinced, it sounded like mashle, but in a more serious tone and i loved mashle. After watching it it also reminded me a bit of the seven spellblades and how in that magic school they actually teach to use the sword because big mages have been defeated by swordmen
