He's a brilliant surgeon wandering the world taking the most difficult and complicated medical problems no one else can solve, all while being chased by interpol for operating without a medical license. I remember the 90's OVA series being good.

She moved on to rescue breathing as she confirmed that only saliva was ejected, though I thought that that breathing was way too fast. If you take a close look, you can see the position she was pressing was on the upper stomach. Also, this story is an imaginary world based on China during the Tang Dynasty, but the author has mentioned that the cultural background, like clothing, food, and customs, as well as medical knowledge, are mixed up with different eras.
