(Sorry accidentally deleted my comment when looking at it again). Whenever the intro changes you should watch it like you did the first opening at the end of episode one. But you skipped the new opening at ep 15-21 I suggest whenever they change you should watch them once before skipping, after episode 1 openings always appear around the beginning of the episode. Also currently in the story there is still the villain clayman you have seen pulling the strings on a lot of actions like the orclord, Rimuru has just yet to meet him. Last thing based on all your preferences you will 100% love season 2 part one and two.
