2023-02-01 05:36:54 +0000 UTCYou were watching a lot of stuff around the time i redeemed the Index anime request in 2020 but the episode before this one was where index was healing and not a lot of stuff happened besides that. Its understandable if you liked this episode more because you meet Kanzaki, you see a fight and you get some more information. Early index is more info dumping and worldbuilding because theres a lot to explain and remember going forward episodes do get better though.

Its based on a light novel. The dialog is pretty much how most light novels are. (Not all obviously, just most) to be honest, ive gotten so used to the dialog that I've forgotten its even like that. (Forgotten might be the wrong word. I just don't notice it anymore) (edit: I worded this extremely poorly. Sorry. Im extremely tired. Not thinking well. Haven't been feeling well in general. Glad you enjoyed the episode btw)
