Lazarus for sale

Maybe within a month it will appear at the auction.
I live in Belarus, and now I am afraid of losing my money through the paypal(it is registered in another country and tied to the state bank of the Republic of Belarus) I have a card of a more reliable bank, but it cannot be linked to the paypal.
And I have a question: if you can buy a character, can you transfer money to me on the Master Card directly, or using https://paysend.com/ ? I don't know if this is possible across different countries/
