The UCB is given credit for being the first sea faring nation on Bjorl. They were the first Kol'emir kingdom to discover Alama. Taking pride in their navy, they tended to fight wars of economics with their neighboring states. They now find themselves at war with the Republic of Alama in the Bitter Cold War.
