Princess Hannah of the Jade Harem CH 48

Hannah sang to the city, lifting her voice in a sweet lullaby as she wished them pleasant dreams. Gisley was with her, lending her voice and magic to create a fantastic display. Moonlight rained down in thin, sparkling rays, and night flowers bloomed with glowing petals. The landscape was drenched in magic as she wished her city good night, then stepped back to sigh.

“That was so much fun,” Gisley cried as she jumped into the air, her dark butterfly wings fluttering with silver glitter.

“I am glad you liked it,” Hannah said as she held out her arms. “Now, give me a hug and kiss before I run off.”

Gisley fluttered down, and the two came together, their lips saying all that needed to be said. When it parted, Gisley smiled and flew into the air, wishing her well on the rest of her night. Hannah went to run as she had a special evening with Frank and she was already late. However, she saw a dark form standing at the railing on the other end. Jaina was leaning against the rail, looking over the city with no one to talk to.

“Jaina?” Hannah called as she came up on the woman. “Are you alright?”

“Just thinking,” Jaina replied. “This hunting of harem girls business brought up the old worries that our happiness will be short-lived.”

Hannah understood her concern, as Jaina's family had tried to build their home once before. Thanks to a concerted effort by outside forces, that home ended in a painful destruction. But this home was far better protected, and Hannah wouldn't allow anything to happen to Jaina if she could prevent it. Her time was limited, so she put an arm around the woman and joined her at the rail.

“I can’t promise this home won’t be ruined,” Hannah began as she caressed the woman’s side. “But I can promise that I will fight with all I have to prevent that.”

“I know,” Jaina said as she turned to face her. “How was Zillix?”

“He was upset, but I managed to soothe his hurt pride,” Hannah replied.

“Oh, did you give him what he needed?” Jaina teased.

“That and more,” Hannah replied with a smile. “And now I have a thing with Frank. He won't tell me what it is, only that he planned something special, and I am to meet him in the graveyard.”

“Maybe he want’s you to make lover to Viylah,” Jaina suggested.

“I doubt it,” Hannah said. “We still haven’t dared reveal I am Hathlisora to her. I don’t think opening the door to a wider relationship is a good idea.”

“Well, you go run to your special thing,” Jaina urged with a hand to the side of her face. “And have a good time.”

They shared a kiss, and Hannah ran off, feeling bad that she left Jaina while the woman was hurting. She ran into Roric just inside the harem and told him that Jaina needed a little attention. She kissed his cheek and hurried away, desperate to get to Frank before there were any more interruptions. She slipped through the harem chambers where dozens of girls slept in little piles. She loved being in the middle of those piles where she felt secure and loved, but not tonight. She used the magical doors to make a quick exit and, in no time, was inside her magical tower.

She always did love this tower, her one true homemade with the powers of her recluse skill. She always hated the name of that class, but it was the one building class that worked with Frank's graveyard. She hurried to the balcony and looked out into the yard, seeing the graveyard stretching into the distance. Frank was below with Breanne, Quinny, and Umtha, the four of them sitting on a wall as they talked.

Hannah spread her wings and flew down, landing beside her husband to take him into a quick kiss. Hannah smiled as she looked at his handsome human face, a gift from Blackbast to help them form a relationship.

“Took you long enough,” Breanne said when Hannah stepped back.

“I'm Sorry. I had to deal with Zillix, then sing the lullaby, and then I saw Jaina at the railing looking sad,” Hannah explained. I still feel bad that I left her there.”

“So, can we go now?” Quinny asked eagerly, but Frank shook his head.

“We are waiting on two more,” he replied.

“Two?” Hannah asked as she turned to face him. “You mean Blackbast?”

“I am here,” a soft woman’s voice said. “Though I wish I knew why I had to come in my human form.”

Hannah looked up to see a pale human woman with shoulder-length black hair step out of the tower. She wore her usual silk garments, which did little to hide her delicate bits. She smiled as she joined the group, standing with Frank, who took her into a hug, followed by a long kiss.

“I only got a peck compared to that,” Hannah griped as the kiss continued. When it parted, Blackbast looked happy and leaned into his shoulder for a hug.

“It is good to spend time with you,” she sighed.

“You really should spend more time with us,” Hannah said. “We hardly ever see you.”

“I have a temple to take care of,” Blackbast complained. “I can’t just wander off and do whatever I want.”

“You did before,” Quinny said. “You went with us to the north.”

“And I suffered heavily for that,” Blackbast replied. “You may not realize this, but my desert temple despawned.”

“You lost your temple?” Hannah asked in surprise. Blackbast explained that the temple had vanished because she had been away so long. Without the temple, her powers began to fade, weakening so severely that she was worried she might reset. However, she wasn't sure that was a bad thing, as the temple prevented her from being with the people she wanted to be with.

“That temple is a blessing and a curse,” Breanne said. “Whatever made you pick this class?”

“I always thought I would have a full assortment of girls at my side,” Blackbast replied. “I am kind of like Rajeen in that respect. I want girls to take care of and share the experience with. If I had girls, I would never be lonely, but things have changed.” She turned to Frank and said she was now married and wanted to be with her husband. In light of Hannah and Quinny being pulled from the temple, she saw no reason to keep playing this class.

“That's why I planned this,” Frank said as he took her in his arms and looked deep into her eyes. We are going to sort everything out.”

“So, we can go now?” Quinny asked as she jumped down.

“He said there was one more,” Hannah reminded, but for the life of her, she couldn't think of who that might be. All of Frank's wives were here, so who was he still waiting for? That answer came when a tall woman stepped out of the doorway, her hair a long crown of absolutely white braids. Her eyes were a steel blue, and her lips a soft pink. She wore a hooded cloak of white fur that she threw back as she approached.

“Who is that?” Umtha whispered as the stranger approached. Hannah noted the smile on Blackbast's face as the strange woman went directly to her, and they embraced. A kiss followed, before the two parted and smiled at one another for a full minute. It was as if they had been lovers parted by war and reuniting after years apart.

Hannah was at a loss as to who she was until, finally, it all made sense.

“Oh, my god, that’s Rajeen!” Hannah cried.

“Please keep your voice down,” Rajeen replied with none of the rumbling purr she was known for. She looked at Hannah with a playful smile and then turned to address the group.

“If you are wondering, I do not have a human form like Blackbast does,” she explained. “This image you see before you is the result of a polymorph potion.”

“What made you decide to use a potion to look like this?” Breanne asked.

“I asked her to do it,” Frank replied. “This is close to her real form, and I wanted us to see each other as people while we talked.”

“You do realize that four of us are devils?” Hannah reminded him.

“I am aware,” Frank replied as he moved for a nearby gate. “But this is more for Rajeen and Blackbast. If you are all ready, we can go now.”

“Oh, he's got something up his sleeve,” Hannah said as he led the way into the graveyard. The Girls fell in line, dutifully following their man as he took them to his secret event.

“Does anyone know what he has planned?” Hannah asked as they walked through the rolling mist of the graveyard.

“Not a clue,” Breanne replied. “Though I know he asked me to stay away from my lair on the island.”

“He's had Legeis working on something the last couple of days,” Umtha added. “When I asked him about it, all he would say was it was something special for Frank.”

“The mystery deepens,” Hannah said as Frank took them into the deep yard, heading closer and closer to the water. When they were a hundred yards from the edge, he stopped and took a glowing blue stone from a pouch at his waist.

“Chandice made this for me,” he explained, placing the stone into a metal ring. Suddenly, blue light in long strings lit up, creating a defined walkway. It was like Christmas Lights strung over a patio to highlight an outdoor space. Frank beckoned them to follow as they smiled and walked on, heading for the water where a new wooden dock waited.

“When did you build this?” Hannah asked as the girls climbed the steps to discover a wide paddle boat with a broad, flat bottom. In the boat's center was an enormous bed with silk sheets and pillows. A tall pole rose from the front and back so Frank could string more of his magical lights. They also ran down the side, their twinkle glittering off the water. There was a wheel at each side with a zombie standing beside it. Hannah wasn't sure what Frank was up to, but she had to admit, this was a surprise.

“This is cool!” Quinny said as she ran to the boat. “There's a table with food and a metal tub full of wine.”

“This is very romantic,” Breanne said as he leaned in to kiss Frank’s cheek. “You planned this all yourself?”

“I wanted to get us all away from the harem so we could talk,” Frank said. “We need to fix some things.”

“So, whose peddling the boat?” Hannah asked as she was helped aboard.

“Zombies,” Frank explained, pointing to the two on the boat. “I trained them to take us out and follow a route that will give us three hours alone.”

“You trained zombies?” Hannah said as she nearly fell over.

“It isn't that hard,” Frank explained as he helped Rajeen board. “Now, let's set off; there is a lot more to see yet.”

“I am so in love with this man,” Hannah said as she walked to the bed where the others were gathering. They climbed in together, smiling and looking about as Frank gave the command to set off. The boat lurched into motion, the zombies turning two cranks instead of peddling. The paddles made a soft patter on the water as the lighted ship slid into the blackness of the swamp.

Frank picked up some glasses and poured them each a wine, handing them out before joining them on the bed. They all sat and drank, smiling as the boat slid across the water as the clouds suddenly rolled back.

Hannah and the others gasped as the moon lit the swamp with silvery light. It was joined by a smaller blue moon with powerful rings that created an almost surreal quality to the sight.

“How did you get a moon up there?” Breanne gasped.

“Wait, he made a moon?” Hannah asked. “Is this why Legeis is always so busy?”

“It's not real,” Frank replied. “It's a minor weather effect I asked Gwen to make for us. I told her when we would be out, and she set it on a timer. Nobody else can see it unless they are in the swamp right now.”

“It's very beautiful,” Rajeen said as she smiled. “Now, why are you going to all this trouble to impress us?”

“Not yet,” Frank said as the boat slid along narrow canals flanked by tall reeds. They began to pass small islands where clumps of dark and twisted trees grew. Colored lights danced among the trunks as Breanne's willowisps came out in force. As if on cue, fireflies lit up all around them, turning the swamp into a display of light. Then they heard it, the silken tones of an angel, singing not in words but powerful emotions.

“Is that Gisley?” Umtha asked as she looked for the source of the voice.

“It is,” Frank admitted. “Since Evalynn extended the Lovewood through the graveyard, I thought I could use it. I had her overlap the swamp and spread her magic here.”

“What magic?” Rajeen asked.

Hannah smiled as Frank explained that the Lovewood magnified singing. If any woman sang in the forest, the magic would carry her voice so that it could be heard from one corner to the other. Gisley was singing over her pond right now, unaware that her voice could be heard even over the swamp. It set the tone as Frank put his glass aside and hugged Rajeen and Blackbast to his side.

“Now we can talk,” he said while rubbing the women in his arms. “I want to talk about Blackbast's temple and how we should incorporate it into our lives. I know how you feel about it, Rajeen, but you are part of something bigger now with multiple harems operating as one.”

“What about how you feel about it?” Rajeen asked as she looked into his eyes. “I have never been sure where you stand on all this.”

“That's why we are here,” Frank said. “It's time we all understood.” He turned to Blackbast with a smile and told her that he understood. She really did love her class and her temple, but the loneliness bothered her. She was forced to hide her temple so that only a very few would find it, leaving her alone and isolated for long periods. The burden would be lighter if she had some girls under her collar but they never seemed to come, or last when they did. She was tired of being alone, and now that she was married, all she wanted was to spend time with her family. The temple had become a burden and, without Hannah and Quinny in it, a curse.

Blackbast nodded as a tear rolled down her cheek. Hannah felt so moved by the display she had to hug the woman and cradle her head.

“I am so sorry I didn’t see your pain,” Hannah said. “I would never have offered to serve Rajeen if I had realized.”

“I didn't want any of you to know,” Blackbast said as she wiped her eyes. “I do love my class, but I am forever alone. I have never found a way to balance the need for isolation and my desire to be around the ones I love.”

“It is a terrible task,” Rajeen agreed. And that was a big part of why I didn't take it again after we were reset. I couldn't face the loneliness.”

“So, what do we do about it?” Quinny asked as she reached over to stroke Blackbast’s back.

“I have been trying to figure that out for weeks,” Frank said. “I put you and Hannah in her temple and spent as much time as I could with you, but we kept being pulled away. She was still left to be alone most of the time, and I could see her pain.”

“The only solution is a reset,” Blackbast said firmly. “I have to give up this class and choose something else.”

“But you love the role you play,” Hannah insisted.

“Only if I have girls to call my slaves,” Blackbast replied with red eyes. “When you wandered into my temple, it had been more than a year since I had a girl under my collar.”

“You were alone all that time?” Breanne asked.

“A few guests came, but that is a shallow exchange,” Blackbast said. “Even before my last girl, there had been gaps of months where I had nothing to do but stare at the sands.”

“How awful,” Umtha said.

“It makes you wonder how Viylah managed it,” Breanne commented.

“Let's stay on task,” Rajeen said as she reached over to pat Blackbast's leg. She did her best to comfort the woman and then looked at Frank. “I assume we are here because you have a suggestion to fix all this.”

“I hope so,” Frank said. “At first, I thought the best idea was to get you all out of the temple and restrict it to only the harem, but I forgot about Gwen. If we close the doors to the public, then she loses her only way to have discreet encounters. Not to mention that Blackbast won't truly be playing her class if the temple is only used by the harem. I want all my girls to experience life and happiness to the fullest I can give them. She wants this to work, and she wants a family.”

“But how can you balance such things?” Rajeen asked.

“Simple,” Frank said with a smile. “We go to the other extreme. Instead of trying to find a way to get them out of the temple, we all go in.”

“Okay, I am confused,” Hannah admitted, as what he had said had made no sense.

“I think we all should serve in the temple,” Frank explained. “Myself included.”

“All of you?” Blackbast and Rajeen said in unison.

Frank explained that Roric had his forest, and his girls served the woods as its special encounter. Frank had the temple and felt his girls should consider it their home. They would all serve as a family, so Blackbast was never alone, but this was only the beginning of his plan.

Hannah nearly swooned as Frank explained how it would all work. They would move into Blackbast's bedroom and make changes to accommodate the whole family. Since this was already connected to the palace by a magical door, it would be a very small change.

Hannah would wear Blackbast's collar and keep her girls for Blackbast. Blackbast would then have three extra collars to use for Gwen and other girls. Rajeen asked what other girls were, and Frank stunned Hannah again. He wanted to create a public quest for girls to come to the temple and serve a day under the collar. He felt this would create a steady flow of new women, allowing them to experience the collar and what it was like to serve. Blackbast would always have somebody new to meet and take by the hand as she guided them into the lifestyle. Some girls would try it and leave, others would love it and seek something more. Those who wanted more could be tested and, if found worthy, added to the Jade Harem, allowing them to grow.

“What an amazing idea,” Hannah said as she smiled.

“There is more,” Frank said as he looked at the girls. I will wear one of Hannah's collars, too, and use the incubus form to serve in the temple.”

“You are going to serve?” Rajeen asked in shock.

“I want to be beside my wife and share the life she enjoys,” Frank said as he hugged Blackbast more firmly. “Besides, I remember her saying that men didn't have the stamina to serve in the temple. I still have my undead stamina, even in incubus form. I will never tire, no matter how many girls come, and with the incubus, I will have sex skills to add to the mix to make them happy. Plus, I thought Hannah could collar Zillix, and he could serve for a few hours every day, helping him level up without getting him killed.”

Hannah’s mouth hung open as Frank spelled it all out. She felt compelled to get up and look around his head, poking the side with a finger as she went.

“What are you doing?” Frank asked as she felt around his skull.

“I am looking to see where you hide all these brains,” Hannah said, drawing a laugh from Umtha.

“I'm not done,” Frank said as she shook her head and sat down. Clearly, Frank had been hiding a secret talent for solving problems, and she was amazed as he went on. He suggested they create a special room in the Jade Temple where guests could intentionally mingle with himself and the girls. A magic door would take them to Blackast's temple, where they could have a more intimate encounter.

This way, they could post guards and control the number of players entering the temple. It could be closed when needed, and they could filter out problem players and not allow them to enter.

“You have given this a lot of thought,” Breanne said. “When did you find the time?”

“I told you. I have been thinking about this for weeks,” Frank replied. This is the best way to give Blackbast the two things she really wants: a temple that isn't empty but also not too busy and all the time she desires with her family.”

“You would really do this for me?” Blackbast asked as she looked blown away.

“I didn't marry you just because I could,” Frank said as he reached up to wipe a tear away. “I did it because I honestly love you and will do anything to make you happy.”

“Oh, Frank,” Blackbast said as she trembled. “I don’t deserve you.”

“Where have we heard that before?” Quinny said with a glance at Hannah.

“None of us deserve him,” Breanne said as she put an arm around Quinny. “But I thank the heavens every day that I am lucky enough to call him my husband.”

“I think we have to embrace the fact that each master of the harem will use his girls slightly differently,” Frank said. “Rajeen prefers to keep her girls pure. Roric allows his to run wild having sexual adventures, and mine will run the temple, sharing our love with the kingdom.”

“You are forgetting that Hannah belongs to Rajeen now,” Blackbast said. “I could not ask her to give Hannah back.”

“You don’t need to ask. I will give her back,” Rajeen sighed and looked at Hannah. “I enjoyed the brief time I called you mine.”

“Oh, I feel terrible,” Hannah said. “On the one hand, I am so happy about the turn of events; on the other, I feel I disappointed you.”

“You have not disappointed me,” Rajeen assured her. In fact, I have been very touched by this display of love. Weeks ago, I said I would consider allowing my girls to play in the Lovewood. I will consent to allowing a small number of them to play in both the forest and the temple if that is what they desire.”

“I am glad to hear you say that,” Frank said before leaning over to kiss the side of her head. “Because I have a gift for you.”

“For me?” Rajeen asked as Quinny stood on the boot and pointed.

“What's that light?” she asked, drawing their attention to a white glow in the distance.

The boat headed right for it, slowly coming closer, allowing them to see a tall woman in a white gown. She radiated a soft light as her tender lips smiled, and she lifted the hood over her eyes.

“Mom?” Hannah gasped as the whole family stood up.

“Why is Gwen here?” Rajeen gasped.

“She’s my gift,” Frank said.

“A gift?” Rajeen balked. “Since that woman was marked, she hasn't spent a single day in the harem. I see less of her now than I did before.”

“I see you were right,” Gwen said as she suddenly floated into the air and landed on the deck. “She was annoyed at my absence.”

“Of course I am,” Rajeen said with folded arms. “You took the mark and became a harem girl. I want you to take that seriously.”

“Well, thanks to my son-in-law, I understand that,” Gwen replied. “And he says you will be hurt to lose Hannah, so he asked me to help.”

“How?” Blackbast asked.

“She is going to spend her nights in the harem from now on,” Frank replied. “Except on nights where duty demands she attend to other things.”

“I will be there to take away the sting of giving up my daughter,” Gwen said. “Though I still want to serve in the temple.”

“You mean that?” Rajeen asked as she reached a trembling hand to the woman. “The most powerful woman in the land will lay at my feet and serve me?”

“I will do anything any other harem girl would do for you,” Gwen said with a smile.

“Provided she can still serve in the temple,” Frank added.

“Only occasionally,” Gwen said. “I just need to scratch the itch once in a while.”

“How did you manage to arrange all this?” Hannah demanded as her head started to spin. This seemed like a mountain of work, carefully arranged, planned, and executed. How had her husband managed to pull all this off while still attending to his other duties? She was at a loss to explain it but gave up when he pulled them all into a hug. Even Gwen was brought into the embrace, sharing the moment as he explained.

“I did it because I love you all,” he said. “And my goal in all this is for us to be happy. “

“I have never been so happy,” Blackbast cried as she hid her face in Frank’s shoulder.

“I have to admit. I am impressed,” Rajeen said as she looked at Frank. “Truly, you are a rare man with a huge heart and a great master of the harem.”

“So it’s all settled, then?” Quinny asked with a big smile.

“Yes,” Rajeen said as she leaned back. “Starting tomorrow, your family will belong to the temple, and I suggest we do something to mark this turning point.”

“Like what?” Breanne asked as Rajeen smiled.

Rajeen smiled and nodded to the bed. “A little ceremony to unite us as in our new path.”

Hannah blushed as she was pulled down with the others, falling to the bed as the kisses began. The bright light of the magical moons illuminated the scene as hunger flared, hands began to wander, and women started to feed. The boat rocked as Gisley's beautiful voice continued to sing. Alone in the swamp, they united in love and changed their lives forever.
