Just wanted to update people as to what I was currently working on.
First I am trying to write two Jaina’s to every Hannah. I am working to separate the stories more as well. The characters will continually cross over, but I want to see more Jaina stories that are just about Jaina and her family and more Hannah stories that are the same.
Second… I am writing a test story to follow the dragon knight prophecy. I have three chapters written and one posted on another site. I might post them here just for people to read and catch mistakes and maybe offer advice.
Lastly… I have been tampering with a full rewrite of all of Heather the Necromancer. My goal is to make her character more consistent and sharpen the story to remove some meandering. I kind of wrote her as an experiment and kept changing her character as I explored options. It’s left her very inconsistent but also hard to fix. I think I have a good direction going but I won’t post anything until all of book 1 is done. I want people to be able to read the whole thing in one go and offer opinions.
I am also working on a full rewrite of the Dragon Knight Prophecy book 1. I am following the advice of an editor and looking for a way to break the book into two. I have three chapters of that done as well, but it’s low on my priority.
Anyway, I wanted to share my insanity with the world. I wonder if other writers pile this much on their plates.
Oh, and I wrote a one-off adult story about a man, his witch girlfriend, and the magical sex they get into. It’s the rough draft phase, but I want to get it up ASAP.
